Swimming Update

Maggie got her green band today!!!!  That means she jumped in the deep end on her own and swam an entire lap without stopping.  Now, she can swim wherever she wants at the pool!  So proud of her!  She's worked really hard to get this.  It wouldn't have been possible without her teacher, Gerri.  She is the best thing for Maggie because she doesn't let her get away with anything, or let her negotiate her way out of things.  Gerri always says that Maggie's negotiation skills will help her someday, whether it's in debate in high school, or in her career.  I joke that she's going to be the best hostage negotiator when she grows up because the criminal will give in just to get her to stop talking!!  Maggie has made so much progress with her swimming.  We are excited to see it continue!
